With a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of the geriatric population, Andra is a fervent advocate for person-centered care. Her career is marked by a genuine passion for providing quality healthcare tailored to the unique needs of seniors, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling living experience. Some key skills Andra has is geriatric care, Person-centered care, nursing leadership, patient advocacy, healthcare management, and team collaboration. Provides leadership in nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for senior residents. Advocates for person-centered care principles, promoting individualized and holistic healthcare approaches. Collaborates with the nursing team to create an environment that fosters the well-being and happiness of residents.

Brandi Andderson, Operations Manager

Brandi Anderson, Operations Manager at River Grand, brings a wealth of knowledge from her 13-year tenure as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Opting for a career that aligned with a more family-oriented environment and lifestyle, she joined the team in September 2023.  Brandi thrives on building connections with our residents, making sure their experiences are memorable. Outside of her professional role, she cherishes valuable family time. Whether engrossed in a captivating book or exploring the great outdoors of Minnesota, Brandi embraces a well-rounded and vibrant life, finding fulfillment in keeping her kids on the go.

Amy Dagle, Maintenence Director

Maintenance Director

Amy is our Maintenance Director at River Grand. She has over 20 yrs of experience in maintenance.  Her knowledge of our building and systems is a true asset. She is not only concerned about the function of the building but also the safety of the residents that live here.
When Amy is not at work, she is home on her farm. She loves spending time with her family and all the animals.  She also enjoys camping, vikings games, and traveling.

Leah Wilson is the dedicated Director of Nursing at River Grand Senior Living. With a passion for healthcare and a commitment to excellence, Leah leads our nursing team with unwavering dedication.

Beyond the Senior living walls, Leah finds joy in spending quality time with her cherished family. As a mother of two wonderful boys, family is at the heart of everything she does. Leah's adventurous spirit extends to the great outdoors, where she enjoys the simple pleasures of camping. Outside of work, you might catch Leah embracing the exhilarating spirit of rodeo, creating lasting memories with her loved ones.

Leah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her extensive background in nursing management ensures that our healthcare standards remain at the forefront of excellence. As a collaborative leader, Leah actively collaborates with other healthcare resources in the community, fostering partnerships that enhance the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Leah's commitment to providing top-notch patient care is reflected in her daily efforts. Whether she's implementing innovative healthcare strategies or working closely with community resources, Leah's dedication to the well-being of others is truly commendable.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Leah actively engages with the community. Her involvement in rodeo events not only showcases her adventurous spirit but also highlights her commitment to building connections beyond the healthcare setting.

Julie Sellars, Assistant Director of Nursing

My name is Julie, and I've been a registered nurse for 35 years. Throughout my career I have served patients at the pediatric level, all the way through elderly care. It has always been a joy working one on one with my patients, and I feel deeply devoted to them and their families. 

 

Outside of nursing, my husband and I enjoy managing our hobby farm on the Swan River. We have chickens, horses, American bulldogs, and a large variety of wild animals that venture around our farm. We also love spending time in our flower and vegetable gardens. I am blessed with 3 beautiful children and one grandson whom I cherish every second with.

Meet Angie, Director of Dining Services here at River Grand. Angie was born in Grand Rapids and raised in Cohasset, where she currently resides. Angie loves spending time with her 4 amazing children and loving husband. In her spare time you can find Angie outdoors sitting around a campfire or spending the day at the beach.

Angie brings an enthusiastic energy to the Dietary team. She is always looking for new exciting menu additions and is eager to work hand in hand with our RG residents and families to make the meal hours not only delicious and nutritious but to create a dining experience, full of friendly socialization and community connections.

Angie enjoys helping others and takes pride in bringing joy to others over a shared meal! Come grab a bite soon.

Elizabeth Benham, Activities Director

Activities Director

Liz is our Activity Director at River Grand.  She is passionate about enriching the lives of each senior she comes in contact with.  She has a talent for creating unique and meaningful interactions with her innovative outlook.  She continues to add new and engaging groups to the programming she provides.

In her spare time she has a plethora of hobbies like baking gorgeous cakes, teaching community members to paint step by step, and being in the woods as much as possible.  If she wasn’t busy enough, she does all of these things with her fun little family.  Liz’s favorite job is being a mom! Her daughter and son are her biggest fans.  Together they enjoy camping adventures across the U.S.
