Brandi Kortekaas

Operations Manager

Brandi's Bio

Working as the Operations Manager at River Grand has become one of Brandi’s greatest joys. She is passionate about helping residents live their best lives every day—supporting them with care, dignity, and compassion. Brandi believes that assisted living should feel like home, where everyone is treated like family and surrounded by warmth, understanding, and respect. Creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and loved is what motivates her, and she takes pride in being part of a team that truly makes a difference in their daily lives. Outside of her role at River Grand, Brandi enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing board games.

Amy Dagle

Maintenance Director

Amy's Bio

Amy is our Maintenance Director at River Grand. She has over 20 yrs of experience in maintenance. Her knowledge of our building and systems is a true asset. She is not only concerned about the function of the building but also the safety of the residents that live here.
When Amy is not at work, she is home on her farm. She loves spending time with her family and all the animals. She also enjoys camping, vikings games, and traveling.

Beth Anderson

Staffing Specialist

Beth's Bio

Beth Anderson, Staffing Specialist at River Grand prides herself with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She has consistently delivered impactful compassion for both those providing and receiving care. Her passion for driving results in dynamic environments has allowed her to build lasting connections with clients and colleagues. She thrives on challenges and is committed to continuous growth and learning. Beth dedicates herself to making a significant impact and is always seeking new opportunities to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.

Away from work, Beth enjoys the water; ice fishing, open water fishing and even deep sea fishing, free diving, boating and viewing the natural beauty. Beth is an avid deer hunter with her Dad and brother every Fall since a young age. Beth and her significant other Jarred live in Grand Rapids with their daughter Claire and golden-doodle Tilly. Together they enjoy being on the water, playing Minnesota pass time games like cribbage, Skip-bo and Farkel.

Leah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her extensive background in nursing management ensures that our healthcare standards remain at the forefront of excellence. As a collaborative leader, Leah actively collaborates with other healthcare resources in the community, fostering partnerships that enhance the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Director of Dining Services

Angie's Bio

Meet Angie, Director of Dining Services here at River Grand. Angie was born in Grand Rapids and raised in Cohasset, where she currently resides. Angie loves spending time with her 4 amazing children and loving husband. In her spare time you can find Angie outdoors sitting around a campfire or spending the day at the beach.

Angie brings an enthusiastic energy to the Dietary team. She is always looking for new exciting menu additions and is eager to work hand in hand with our RG residents and families to make the meal hours not only delicious and nutritious but to create a dining experience, full of friendly socialization and community connections.

Angie enjoys helping others and takes pride in bringing joy to others over a shared meal! Come grab a bite soon.

Elizabeth Benham

Activities Director

Elizabeth's Bio

Liz is our Activity Director at River Grand. She is passionate about enriching the lives of each senior she comes in contact with. She has a talent for creating unique and meaningful interactions with her innovative outlook. She continues to add new and engaging groups to the programming she provides.

In her spare time she has a plethora of hobbies like baking gorgeous cakes, teaching community members to paint step by step, and being in the woods as much as possible. If she wasn’t busy enough, she does all of these things with her fun little family. Liz’s favorite job is being a mom! Her daughter and son are her biggest fans. Together they enjoy camping adventures across the U.S.

Allison Prica

Meaningful Days Coordinator

Allison's Bio

With more than a decade of nursing experience in Memory Care, Allison brings extensive expertise and a strong clinical foundation to her role as Meaningful Days Coordinator. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the cognitive, emotional, and physical needs of residents, allowing her to support and facilitate daily experiences that enhance quality of life and foster meaningful engagement.

Allison is inspired by her supportive husband and their daughter, whose influence reinforces the values of patience, purpose, and connection in her work. She is committed to creating interactions that honor each resident’s history, individuality, and dignity while helping cultivate a warm, compassionate environment for residents and their families.
